1- Always drink water even if you don’t feel thirsty or need it, the biggest health problems and most of them are due to lack of water in the body. 2 liters minimum per day.
2- Take more and more work from the body, the body should move, even if only by walking, or swimming or any kind of sport.
3- Eat less…give up craving for more food…because it never brings good. Do not deprive yourself, but reduce the quantity. Use more protein,carbohydrate based foods.
4- Do not use the vehicle as much as possible unless it is extremely necessary. Try walking on your feet wherever you go to get groceries, visit someone or run errands. Take the stairs instead of using the lift, escalator.
5- Leave anger, leave worry, try to ignore things. Do not involve yourself in situations of disturbance, they all reduce the health and take away the splendor of the soul. Talk to positive people and listen to them.
6- First of all leave the attachment of money. Socialize with people around you, laugh and talk a lot! Money was made for living, life was not made for money.
7- Don’t feel sorry for yourself, neither for anything you couldn’t achieve, nor for anything you can’t own.
Ignore it and forget it.
